Can you give me an advice where to stop for a week in Miami for a romantic gateway?

Me and my husband are planning to have our first vacation for the last 3 years, We had no chance to go on our honey-moon. I want to make this trip unforgetable because we don't have chance to see each other a lot...

I don't mind to pay for the hotel 150 - 200$. But I don't know which one to choose. What should I pay attention to? Which beach is the best?

We want a hotel so that we can walk to the beach and close to different restaurants, bars(walk distance could be up to 3 miles), not very expensive parking. We want a very good beach as well.

We are not looking for busy night clubs or bars. We'd prefer more silent rest, enjoying sunsets and what not...Can you give me an advice where to stop for a week in Miami for a romantic gateway?
If you want to see gorgeous sunset, you should try Florida west coast. There are cities like Naples ,or Tampa.... Naples is about two hour drive to Miami...and the beaches are beautiful. Not as loud as the beaches in Miami. Can you give me an advice where to stop for a week in Miami for a romantic gateway?
The Fountainbleu, wonderful older Hotel, Where Sinatra hung, beautiful, outside and in. Have a great time!!!!!
Miami is fast place.Maybe you should consider a different location to be romantic.
For romantic, you'd be better off renting a car in Miami and driving down to Key West to stay. Look up a place called the Gallion in Key West. Get a great place on the water for not too bad a price if I remember correctly. In Miami, Key Biscayne was always a great place. Check the hotels there. It's just south of downtown Miami, but not in the thick of it.

South Beach isn't all what it's cracked up to be. Scumy people mostly. If you go there BE CAREFUL!!!!
The mandarian oriental is very nice and the resturaunt, Azul, is awesome. How about driving down to the keys for a day or two... If you can afford it stay at Little Palm island. Call and see if they have any specials... If you do stay there go for a walk in the evening whens its dark and there is a hot tub in the woods. you past the place where they do the massage outside, and follow the trail into the woods.... a trip you won't forget!!! its a private island, so there is no noise, and kids are not allowed. They wait on you hand a foot. Another great place is Maroma in Cancun. Best place for a relaxing vacation. Both places don't have tv's and you go to bed early to get up and have coffee on the beach and watch the sun come up... Good luck with your trip!
It's going to be hard to get a nice sunset on the beach on the east coast of Florida. South Beach offers an aray of different hotels, restaurants and bars. Some alot more upscale than others. You could spend anywhere from $50 a night to $1000 a night depending on your budget and needs. There is something for everyone in South Beach. Good Luck.
