well take her to a unique place. have a little picnic on a little hill and watch the sunset together and you know occasionally if he doesn't want something so drastic then just give her like little notes that tells her he still cares you dont know how that makes a girls day. i know that sounds so cliche. but hey that is what girls like well what i like...How do you be romantic to women?(my brother needs some advice)?
attentiveness is always romantic to women. just knowing a man is giving her all of his undivided attention at that time and moment is a beautiful thing. compliments never get old. anything relaxing and sexy is romantic. go shopping for cd's together and go back to your place, or hers, with a nice bottle of wine and let the music be the background. if your 'brother' knows how to cook, that's VERY romantic. women love for a man to cook for her.
bring her flowers. cook her a nice dinner. cuddle up with her at home and watch a movie. fill her car with balloons and write something cute on every one of them. kiss her gently. take her to a theme park and spend all day there, just you and her. picnic. go camping and lay under the stars with her. send her flowers to her work. leave her cute little notes at her house, in her car, in her purse, wherever. look at her like shes the only thing that matters. tell her how beautiful she is.





girls appreciate the little things :) you just have to make her smile, and she'll love you.
A note that shows her you care, a phone call once in a while. Something that shows her you care. Talk to her and listen. It's not that hard. Roses once in a while, or other flowers. Something simple and sweet.
be affectionate, meaning being very sweet, romantic. tell him to cuddle, kiss, hold hands, and if they've been dating long then talk about something deep. say i miss you. call just to say you're thinking about her. say i love you randomly.
do stuff that makes her realize u r paying attention to her and listen to everything she says.

don't be women don't like that sort of thing, just tell her she has a lumpy butt and she will treat you like a king
