Did you ask her what Romantic means to her? because that makes a big difference. For some people it is a quiet dinner at home cooked by the person they love, for another it is a spontaneous show of affection, for others it might be a hidden love note left in a purse to be found later.
You have to kind of get a general idea of what she finds romantic, pick up clues from the movies she likes what she responds to that she sees in other people, You dont want to copy what other people do of course, but it gives you a starting point to get a plan going.
If she has always wanted to have a candlelight dinner cooked just for her well then there you go; and it doesn't matter if you can only cook her favorite Mac N cheese and the candles a the scented kind. the fact that you went through the trouble to lay out the table, dim the lights, get out the good dishes, find the good tablecloth, and chase everyone out of the house will be enough to know that you are willing to go out of your way for her...Do you know what I mean?
If she is the right person, then everything doesnt have to be exactly perfect, it is more important that you make your best effort to show that you pay attention to the things that are important to her; big and small and try to incorporate that into the things you do for her...and you tell her that.

a simple gesture like buyin her roses, calling her from work, opening the door to her /your car for her, and buyin her her fav chocolate even when it isn't a special occasion... an occasional text sayin you miss her , love her or thinking about her is romantic.
you can even trying writing her a poem or singing to her even if ur terrible at it lol
prepare her meals; breakfast in bed is nice...treat her to a massage when she comes home
if u want to go at it full force then take her out in the summer to the beach or sumthin at night with champayne or a nice restaurant.... kno be creative
saying things doesnt make romantic...
do things which are romantic...get her flowers and chocolates...cook her a nice dinner...set the table with candles and flowers....plan a day where u take her out and do things for her...go for a long walk under the moonlight and stars...talk about forever....be in the moment completely....look deep into her eyes....tell her how much she means to u...make her feel very special....pamper her for a day...give her a massage...whisper things in her ears....touch her gently.... etc....let it then take its natural course....i think it is in our nature to be romantic....nothing that has to be learned...
candle light home cooked meal by someone that loves you man that is hot some barry white in the cd player, short notes left in their car where they will find texting them like at 3:05 pm saying its their 3:05pm i love you text but i could go on and on email me if you want more info
I think all you have to do is to tell her how much she means to you and start from there just start sharing your emotions and then every thing will start so easily for you both best of luck
