Find a place that is good to lay and watch the stars. It's a good way to get to know someone, but if the conversation starts to get slow, it is not awkward because you are watching the stars!
Flowers, dinner, weekend at a bed %26amp; breakfast, good champagne, lingerie, picnics, token gift with a sentimental meaning, i.e charm for a bracelet. Theres a million little things to do. Read any one of her ';chick magazines'; and you'll never have to come up with another idea again. LOL

Strawberries and bananas (or other fruit) with chocolate fondue, candles (of course!), love songs (ask her to dance), a massage with scented oil, a poem (either written yourself, or find one that reminds you of her), etc.
for a girl- roses, cooking for her, on the beach at a sunset...kissing her with passion ans telling her you love her, and care alot about her, puttin nice music on and being outside in the stary sky:) yup works for me
get a hotel room witha jacuzzi.turn off cell phones.get red rosses put in from the opening of the door to the bed. place candles all around the jacuzzi and room.play your song if you have one if not pick out a romantic one for you both and enjoy.
