Advice for a hopeless romantic..?

When i was younger i used to live in another country.. there was this boy there who i had a ';crush'; on and even though i moved to the United States in 2000 i still find myself thinking about him often. This past summer i went back there to vist.. and i happened to see him playing waterpolo. All these feelings rushed back up .. and i became infatuated with him all over again. The thing is though, that he pretended like he didn't know me.. even though we used to be friends.. and I really don't understand why he would do that since i never told him i liked him or did anything that might cause him discomfort. His friends said that he is shy... but i don't believe that because he's really outspoken when he is around other people... and tends to avoid me. So... i'm pretty much heartbroken. Does anyone know why he might be doing this?.....Advice for a hopeless romantic..?

No, I am sorry, that's not fair. It's really hard to say why he would be doing this, it might just be the distance. After all it has been 6 years since you last saw him, and he just might not know how to relate to you anymore.





My best suggestion to you is to let him go and move on. You are probably way to good for him anyway, and he is in another country.Advice for a hopeless romantic..?
you should confront him about it... i think hes doing it because his influence from his friends
