What kind of romantic book would you advice for a teen?

I've loved reading and was wondering what kind of book people recommend that has romance in it, but something that has humor and nothing to weird. What kind of romantic book would you advice for a teen?
These are some of my favourite teen romance novels, most are romantic comedies (humour) but some are romance fantasy. Anyway I hope at least one of them interests you...

The A List (series of 10) - Zoey Dean

About the goings on of the teenage children of the rich and famous, contains a wide variety of material - love, hate, jealousy etc. Loved it!

Girl Meets Boy, Guy Next Door, All American Girl, Avalon High, etc. - Meg Cabot

I absoloutly love Meg Cabot's books! I would especially recommend the Girl Meets Boy %26amp; Guy Next Door as well as the third in that series, I immensly enjoyed them! Some are intended for adults but most for youth and I love them all!

Lioness Quartet, Wild Magic Quartet, Trickster, etc. - Tamora Pierce

Tamora Pierce's books are mainly set in the land of Tortall in medieval times, they use the same characters just at different stages of their lives and different books/series' focus on different people. They consist of fighting, magic, love, etc.

The diaries of kelly ann (2 books) %26amp; Jumping to Confusions - by Liz Rettig

These recount the goings on of an older teenager as she strugles to make decisions and learn to trust in others. The second one, Now or Never is about her relationship with a boy and is funny but romantic and suspencful at the same time.

It's A Mall World After All - Not sure who wrote it though...

Comedy of a girl and how she falls in love with her best friend's boyfriend's bestfriend while stalking her friend's boyfriend in an attempt to prove he is a lying cheating scumbag. A very good read %26amp; lovey but funny at the same time.

I'd Tell You I Love You But I'd Have to Kill You - Ally Carter

About a girl brought up as a spy and enrolled in a leading spy school who falls in love with an ordinary boy and can鈥檛 tell him who she actually is. Funny. There is a second in the series called To Spy or Not to Spy, it鈥檚 just as good.

Possibly the S.A.S.S. series - Numerous Authors

About the travels of students and what happens to them on their stay - love etc. Not brill but an ok read

Inheritance Cycle - Christopher Paloini

Love them, you have to read them, Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr!

Sweet Valley High Books - ???

I can鈥檛 remember who wrote these but they鈥檙e a pretty good read even if they are kind of old. If you鈥檙e into series鈥檚 these are good as their鈥檚 over 100 books

The Last Summer (Of You and Me) - Ann Brashares

A good book but immensly sad, it is probably better for older teens or adults.

Twilight - Stephenie Meyer

I haven鈥檛 actually read any books by Stephenie Meyer but they鈥檙e so highly reccommended that I鈥檝e reserved one at the library. I believe that they鈥檙e a love story involving a vampire.

I have more suggestions if you want to hear them, just contact me or check out my website, http://www.freewebs.com/greatteennovels/

Hope you find something you like here! What kind of romantic book would you advice for a teen?
um well thats kind of personal opinion, but i really like any book by Sarah Dessen. all of her books have to do with relationships and romance, but they're real enough that you can relate to them. also, some of the dialogue is pretty funny, so i enjoy that (and it meets your humor wants). but besides sarah dessen, i just finished up a series (if you can call two books a series), and the first one is called ';tips on having a gay ex-boyfriend';. i know it sounds stupid but i actually thought they were pretty cute. the editing is not too great, but if you can read past that (no pun intended) its a pretty good book also. just thought these might help...again personal opinion has a LOT to do with choice of books, but i have similar taste, so i think you might like these.
I know you're probably going to read Twilight after getting bombarded with so many Twilight comments but after I would definitely recommend that you read anything by Sarah Dessen. For starters, I would recommend ';This Lullaby'; and ';The Truth About Forever';. They are young adult and romance books. They're usually pretty funny, and the characters are good.

I'd highly recommend anything written by Meg Cabot. They are romantic comedies specifically written for teens, very cute, and sooo hilarious! I love her so much, she's my favorite author. Try ';The Princess Diaries'; series, ';Teen Idol,'; ';Pants on Fire,'; and ';How to be Popular.'; Love 'em!
The twilight series is amazing.

Or check out books by Rachel Hawthorne such as ';Love on the Lifts'; or ';Thrill Ride';

Also the books ';Bass Ackwards and Belly Up'; and its sequal ';Footfree and Fancyloose'; have great story lines with both humor and romance in them!
HOW COME EVERY TIME SOMEONE ASKS ';whats a good book i can read?'; EVERYONE HAS TO SAY TWILIGHT?????

cant people ever suggest more than just twilight?? i mean come on

im pretty sure everyone on yahoo answers has read at least 99 billion twilight questions

its so annoying!

i love twilight but the fact that its all people talk about annoys me so much
The Twilight series. Which consists of:

Twilight-New Moon- Eclipse- Breaking Dawn
sigh you are about to get a lot of messages that say twilight, i dont know why they think such a crappy series is good
